Executive Pastry Chef Yusuke Aoki pairs the world’s best chocolate — Valrhona — with 22 different condiments. Enjoy a fondue selection including fresh fruits, marshmallows and brownies, and surprising savoury nibbles like Balinese onde-onde (sesame balls), calamari and even bacon.
Yusuke-san began his career in his native Japan, graduating from Kyoto’s Pastry Art College before moving to Paris to hone his skills in French pastry kitchens. His distinctive style combines classic French techniques with creative flavours and presentation, and has been recognised with international awards — including a global Valrhona Competition in 2016.
