With over 19 years of experience, Pasquo King developed his culinary skills in some of Australia’s best restaurants before being snatched by high-profile hotels in Shanghai and Dubai. His travels gave him the opportunity to further develop his passion for Modern Asian cuisine.

His creativity, focus on the best ingredients and down-to-earth approach are reflected in Sundara’s unique “Customized Dining” concept. This flexible style of dining offers guests maximum choice to order a range of different dishes, which are complemented by killer cocktails and relaxed beach-front ambience.
