Pande Wijaya

Senior Restaurant Manager

Balinese native Pande was born and raised in Lombok, where his family relocated from Singaraja, Bali’s former capital in the island’s north. He moved to Bali for the first time in 1996 to study Hospitality Management for four years and then travelled abroad to expand his work experience at 5-star hotels in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

He joined Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay in 2002 a food runner and worked his way up. In 2013, he was appointed to the opening team of Sundara, the resort’s signature restaurant and beach club. The view of his ‘office’ suits him perfectly as Pande is a beach lover who enjoys exploring Bali’s coastal villages, drinking ice-cold Bintang and reading science fiction.
